IMPORTANT NOTE
- Unexplored Himachal will not be responsible for third party services i.e. transport or hotel. Transporter will be responsible for the travel delay, and hotels will be for the for the hospitality.
- Unexplored Himachal will not be responsible for ensuring safety of your personal belongings or documents.
- If any promise is done for your package and also written in your package vouchers but not provided you the same at that time then we try to give you compensate for the services or inconvenience. We request to all our customers to take all the details in written through our official site: unexploredhimachal.com
- Free stay facilities for Children below 5 years in a parent’s room without extra bed and meals. Children between 5-12 Years & Adults (Above 12 yrs.) will cost extra according to company’s policies. Milk/Meal Charges for infants or children below 5 years are directly payable at a hotel.
- For any extra services availed by the customer, extra cost will be levied for the same.
- Unexplored Himachal will not be responsible for any stay in the hotel unless you have any written documents with you that are provided by us.
- Unexplored Himachal will not be responsible for any services and star rating of the hotel. Because we recommend the hotel through customer reviews and rating placed on the internet by customers and also by our previous customers’ experience.
- All our customers are requested to go through reviews and photos of the hotel before making any booking with the hotel. So that there will not be any inconvenience to you at the time of your holidays. You will have great and enjoyable vacations.
- Some hotels normally ask for the non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Please check with us regarding the refund policy for the same.
- We request our customer for pay some amount as per the policy for the booking confirmation. All other can be paid after receiving booking conformation.
- Hotel check-in time: 12:00 PM Hotel Check-out time 10:00 AM (Rest depends on Hotel)
- Early check-in and late check-out will be as per the availability of rooms depends on Hotel. This can be charged Unexplored Himachal will not be responsible for any additional charges charged by hotel for early check-in or late check-out.
- In case of any delay or cancellation of flight/ Train / Volvo Bus, customer can missed the opportunity of sight- Unexplored Himachal will not refund any amount for this. All these terms and conditions are governs by tour operations. No employee of the organization can modify this.
- Customers are requested to carry the valid photo ID proof and the hard copy of complete voucher provided by Unexplored Himachal to present the hotel and avail the services through booking. In case the travelers fails to board the Volvo/ Deluxe bus on time, the transport arrangements shall be done from on their own.
- The cab services will be provided as per the stated itinerary and thus can’t be used on disposable basis i.e. as per wish.
- The check in-out time shall be as per Hotel Policies. Also the early check in / late checkout will be subject to availability and hotel.
- Guests are advised to follow the meal timing instructed by the hoteliers. As for any un-availed meal neither it will be refunded or adjusted in the package amount.
- Rohtang pass Sightseeing is closed on Tuesdays. Hence we can alter your sightseeing days to cater a smooth tour to you.
- NGT (National Green Tribunal) do not allow more a 1000 vehicles a day to Rohtang pass. Thus, the rohtang pass sightseeing can be re-scheduled depending on the permits obtained online.
- If the vehicle permit is obtained for Rohtang pass, the Taxi will take you “upto snowline” only as per the government’s security instructions.
- The Transport services and hotel amenities differ from place to place. So keeping the geographical difference in mind, we request you to kindly do on lacking terms of service providers e. transporters, hoteliers etc.
- The Guest will themselves be reliable for any loss of property or life from their end.
- Unexplored Himachal shall not be reliable for any inconvenience caused due to bad weather, strikes or any disruptions arisen by the government.
- For any extra services availed by the customer, extra cost will be levied for the same.
- Unexplored Himachal will not be responsible for any compensation if the company or the customers are forced to cancel the booking due to any outside uncontrolled situation.
- The Unexplored Himachal deserves the right to change the package cost depending on the economical status of the market as per the Government policy. Services will be provided to the customers as mentioned in the booking voucher only.
- Any complimentary services (If not provided) cannot be claimed in form of cash or alternative services. Unexplored Himachal have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total tour Package Cost.
- When the change or cancellation arise from circumstances amounting to “force majeure” i.e. extraordinary event or circumstance such as a war, strike, riot, acts or threats of terrorism, crime, or an event described by the legal term act of God (hurricane, flood, earthquake, volcanic eruption, etc.) or for any other reason beyond our control Unexplored Himachal shall not be liable to refund the amount already deposited.(Extra cost would be paid on direct basis for any extra services availed by the customer)
Amendment Policy (Prepone & Postpone)
- In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail.
- The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges. Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
- In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time. We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
- The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
- The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
Cancellation of Booking by participant:
- Booking amount is non refundable.
- Cancellations up to 50 days prior to departure date – 10%deduction
- Cancellations up to 30 days prior to departure date – 30%deduction
- Between 30 days to 15 days prior to departure – 50%deduction
- Less than 15 days of departure – No Cash Refund
- Please note that in case of booking with a partial amount, the deduction amount would be calculated with respect to the overall event fees only.
- The amount would be adjusted from the partial amount deposited to calculate the final refund amount.
- The amount for refund processing would always be calculated basis the net amount paid* for booking the event w.r.t the Base Price of the event (excluding additional components like transport, rent, portage,etc.).
- In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behavior, we will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.
